Our Process

  1. Discovery- Get all data. Interview employees at all levels.
  2. Analysis– Identify the biggest threats, find biggest opportunities. Create solutions and best practices to limit the liabilities and take advantage of current opportunities.
  3. Report- Document all of our findings and distribute to all key personnel who are privy to the information.
  4. Strategize- Strategize with management to determine which recommendations to implement, alter, or abandon. Determine what resources are needed and come up with a specific plan of action.
  5. Implementation- Work with the owner and staff to implement the new solutions. Help create new systems, procedures, and policies to make sure these solutions are carried out 10 out of 10 times.
  6. Report- Review of everything that was done from start to finish. Problems, solutions, key people involved, expectations, and new systems, procedures & policies.
  7. Follow Up- Follow up with organization at two different stages to check status.
  1. Goal identification: We work with you to determine goals the site needs to fulfill. I.e., what its purpose is.
  2. Scope definition: Once we know the site’s goals, we can define the scope of the project. I.e., what pages and features the site requires to fulfill the goal, and the timeline for building those out.
  3. Sitemap and wireframe creation: With the scope well-defined, we can start digging into the sitemap, defining how the content and features we defined in scope definition will interrelate.
  4. Content creation: Now that we have a bigger picture of the site in mind, we can start creating content for the individual pages, always keeping search engine optimization in mind to help keep pages focused on a single topic. It’s vital that you have real content to work with for our next stage:
  5. Visual elements: With the site architecture and some content in place, we can start working on the visual brand. Depending on the client, this may already be well-defined, but you might also be defining the visual style from the ground up. Tools like style tiles, moodboards, and element collages can help with this process.
  6. Testing: By now, you’ve got all your pages and defined how they display to the site visitor, so it’s time to make sure it all works. Combine manual browsing of the site on a variety of devices with automated site crawlers to identify everything from user experience issues to simple broken links.
  7. Launch! Once everything’s working beautifully, it’s time to plan and execute your site launch! This should include planning both launch timing and communication strategies — i.e., when will you launch and how will you let the world know?
  1. Research: This step is critical and requires a considerable amount of time to find a good set of phrases that offer a balanced combination of two important factors: high usage by searchers and relatively low competition within the search engines.
  2. Reporting & Goal Setting: It is important to understand what the subject site’s starting position is within the search engines.
  3. Content Building: Content is king in search engine optimization. The search engines love text; high volume, high-quality content related to your business will serve you in a couple of important ways.
  4. Page Optimization: We focus on things such as; Page Titles, Text-Based Navigation, Prominence of Targeted Keyword Phrases, Site Map, ALT and META data and Clean up the Code.
  5. Social & Link Building: The power of online sharing through social media provides tremendous opportunities for companies willing to commit the time to using it.
  6. Follow Up Reporting & Analysis: Rankings, site traffic levels, social signals and other key metrics can then be compared to pre-optimization levels, giving measurable results to the SEO campaign.
